The surface pores larger than ᥨ 2 mm are not allowed to exceed 12 per cubic meter, and the color of the brick body is yellow in white, bubbling and bubbling. These requirements are very critical, and failure to do so will affect the service life of brick materials.

Second, the internal quality, 1. Judging the impurities in the fused brick from the color of the brick body, or judging whether the brick body with high carbon content is blue, strictly putting an end to the use of this brick will double the service life of the kiln. 2. If the surface of the brick is blue, there is a great possibility that there is iron in it, which comes from the falling off of the iron brazing part during the flat material or the exhaust in the production process, and other factors. This kind of imaginary brick is also to put an end to the use. 3. The proportion of glass phase must be strictly controlled. If the glass phase exceeds the standard, the service life of the kiln will be reduced and the glass melt will be polluted when the glass phase precipitates in a large amount at high temperature.
